The City Hearings Officer ruled that a Good Neighbor Agreement (GNA) was to be struck between Providence Portland Medical Center and the neighborhoods of North Tabor (then Center Neighborhood when the first GNA was developed in 2002) and Laurelhurst. The most recent version of the Good Neighbor Agreement was written in 2012.
The agreement stipulates an annual meeting hosted by Providence Portland Medical Center.
